DEMS Course Online Admission Process : Aug-Feb 2025-26

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DEMS ONLINE ADMISSION PROCESS

  1. These instructions pertain to online application for admission to
  2. Diploma in Emergency Medical Services(DEMS) Course in Ruby
  3. Hall Clinic for the AUGUST-FEBRUARY 2025-2026 Batch.
  4. Please familiarize yourself with DEMS admission rules,regulations and guidelines.
  5. “First Online Apply First Admission” will be the Strict Criteria for Online Admission.
  6. You are strongly advised NOT to submit multiple applications to the DEMS Course. If multiple registration forms are submitted for the same Candidate then it will be treated as cancellation
  7. There are only 500 seats available for this Batch.
  8. In order to ensure smooth and quick filling of the application form,
    please keep the following ready:
    • valid mobile number with Indian SIM card,
    • Valid Email Address,
    • Valid Aadhar Card
    • Login with proper internet connection
  9. Only Final Year passout students are eligible for the Admissionprocess
  10. Your application is NOT submitted and your application data will NOT be visible to Ruby Hall until you receive an Application
    Submission Acknowledgement from the Online Admission Portal.
  11. You are strongly advised to register your own mobile number (with Indian SIM card) and not that of relatives, friends, cyber-cafe
    operators or others.
  12. Details provided at the time of Online Registration cannot be subsequently changed in the Admission Form. Please enter these
    details correctly and exactly as per documentary evidence (Aadhar Card) available with you.
  13. In the application form, a ’Submit’ Application icon has beenprovided.
  14. By clicking the Submit Application icon, you will receive Acknowledgement copy with token number.
  15. Once an application form has been submitted then the submitted application form cannot be edited.
  16. All fields in the online form marked with a * are mandatory, and must be filled in. The portal will not allow you to proceed until all
    mandatory fields are filled in.
  17. Mere Registration and Submission of the Application form DOES NOT confer a right to Admission to any Candidate. Admissions will
    be offered by Individual after Examining Application details, and after Originals of all required documents have been produced at the time of
    physical verification of Admission process.
  18. Only successfully registered candidate should come for the physical verification of admission process along with their Acknowledgement
    copy & their required documents, Aadhar Card copy& Course Fees as per their schedule.
  19. Failure to provide these copies of documents may lead to Admission
    being cancelled.
  20. If the students fail to present at the time of physical verification as per their schedule, the admission will be treated as cancelled.
  21. Once the physical verification done, student have to pay their complete fees on same day. Then will be your Admission for DEMS
    Course considered as Completed.
  22. The Incomplete form, failure of network at the time of admission is sole Responsibility of candidate. The Institute will not be responsible
    for any compliances & it will not be entertained by the Institute in any circumstances.
  23. The admission is not transferable to other students.
  24. Institute reserves the rights of admission.
  25. While Applying for Admission Online, whenever you see “Sorry Batch is Full” means Admission seats are over and don’t Unnecessary
    try to ask or Call institute for knowing status.
  26. If AADHAR Number mentioned at the time of online admission & Aadhar number on your Aadhar card are not same, the admission will
    be rejected.

Diploma In Emergency Medical Services with Diploma In Disasater Management

Course Duration: 6 Months course + 3 Months internship=Total 9 Months.
Course Days: Weekly Once 1st Batch on Wednesday & 2nd Batch on Saturday

Eligibility:

  • Final Year paased out students of follwing qualification:-
  • M.B.B.S/ B.D.S/B.A.M.S/B.H.M.S/B.U.M.S/ B.SC Nursing

Required Documents:

  1. We Require MINIMUM TWO(2) EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS
  2. at the time of Physical Admission Process, only if You already got
  3. admission in Online Process.
  4. Final Year Marksheet (University copy or Online Result sheet copy)
  5. Passing Certificate
  6. Provisional OR Permanent Registration Certificate
  7. Internship Joining certificate

  8. Aadhar Card Copy
